It is ready!!!
MoD 4.0 has:

*2 new races (carthaginians and persians)
*4 new maps
*New music
*Bugs fixed of old version (2.x and 3.0)

VERY IMPORTANT: Download these 2 downloads, then install the first one in DATA folder, then install the second at the same place.
